Digital Adware's Leading Ad Insertion Platform, AdSync, Sees Significant Sales Momentum

Twelve video service providers have deployed this flexible and affordable ad insertion solution from Digital Adware, a division of Prime Media

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla., July 24, 2012 -- Video service providers are increasingly turning to Digital Adware for their new modular ad insertion platform, . Launched last year, AdSync presents small and mid-sized video providers with an affordable digital ad insertion solution, allowing them to maximize profitability from local ad sales.

"The ability to insert ads into digital cable and IPTV platforms has always been available, but the cost of the equipment and licensing fees required has put it out of reach for many smaller carriers," said Brian Stuart, President of Digital Adware. "AdSync is not only priced considerably lower than products of its kind, but it also facilitates splicing and functions, eliminating an array of licensing fees, offering a true one box solution."

AdSync is now actively deployed in 12 systems, including West Carolina Tel (Abbeville, SC), which was the first deployment last year. Other providers and municipalities, including Shentel (Edinburg, VA) and the City of Wilson North Carolina, now utilize AdSync as well. "After our move to digital, we were seeking a solution for local ad insertion," said Gary Tilley, Commercial Operations Manager at West Carolina Tel. "AdSync has allowed us to uncover new revenue through local ad insertion, particularly as we expand to additional networks and HD networks."

AdSync is now also available through a leading video, voice, and data technologies system integrator, Mega Hertz. "AdSync will integrate well with Mega Hertz's advanced video, voice, and data technology solutions which serve a broad range of fiber, coax, and broadband/IP networks," said Walter Staniszewski, President and CEO of Prime Media Productions. "We look forward to building a strong relationship with Mega Hertz as we both seek to empower video service providers with a flexible and affordable digital ad insertion solution."

More information is available at the Prime Media Productions booth (#59) at the Independent Show on July 22-25, 2012.
